About

A web developer who acts like a neighbor.

I started JAR Solutions because the small businesses I love — the barbershop on the corner, the family bakery, the studio above the hardware store — kept getting stuck with bad websites. Slow ones. Confusing ones. Sites built by an agency they couldn't reach anymore.

So I do it differently. Fair flat-fee pricing. Modern, fast tools. And when you call, I pick up. That's it. That's the whole pitch.

How it works

Simple, start to finish.

  1. 01

    Talk

A quick call. I learn your business; you decide if we're a fit.

  2. 02

    Plan

I send a flat-fee quote and a clear timeline. You approve. We start.

  3. 03

    Build

Design and build in the open. You see progress as it happens, not just at the end.

  4. 04

    Launch

We go live. I'm around for any tweaks — and for as long as you want me to be.

FAQ

Quick answers.

The questions I get most. If yours isn't here, ask.

How much does a website cost?
+
Every project is a little different, so pricing is custom. The best way to get a real number is to book a quick call — I'll learn about your business and put together a flat-fee quote. No agency markup, no surprise invoices.
How fast can we launch?
+
Depends on the size of the site and how much content you have ready. We'll set a clear timeline together at the start of the project so you always know what to expect.
Will I own the site?
+
Yes — fully. Code, domain, hosting, every account. I can host it for you or hand the keys over. Your call.
Can I edit the site myself?
+
Most small sites don't need a CMS — when you want a change, just send me a note and I'll handle it. Keeps the site fast and the bill simple.
Do you do online booking, payments, or contact forms?
+
All of the above. Cal.com or a custom booking flow, Stripe Checkout, contact forms with anti-spam — whichever fits your business best.
What about Google / local SEO?
+
Every site ships with the basics done right: LocalBusiness schema, sitemap, fast page loads, mobile-first design, and a clean Google Business Profile sync. The goal is to show up when neighbors search.

Let's talk

Got a business that needs a real website?

A free call. No pressure, no slide deck — just two people figuring out if I can help. If I can, you'll get a flat quote in writing soon after.
