JAR Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "I") respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects and what happens to it.

What we collect

We collect personal information in two situations:

• If you send a message through the contact form — your name, email, optional business name, and your message. This is delivered through our form provider, Formspree.
• If you book a call — your name, email, and the time you booked. This is collected through our scheduling provider, Cal.com.

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, or any tool that follows you around the web.

How we use it

• To reply to your message.
• To prepare for and confirm our call.
• To follow up if we decide to work together (e.g., send a quote or contract).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to any marketing list.

Who else sees it

We use trusted third parties to operate the site. Each only sees the data needed to do its job:

• Formspree — delivers contact-form submissions to our email.
• Cal.com — handles scheduling and reminders.
• Cloudflare — hosts the website and keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type) for security and uptime.

Each provider has its own privacy policy and data-processing terms that govern what they may do with the data.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cal.com and Formspree may set short-lived functional cookies when you book or submit the form — these are required for those features to work.

How long we keep it

Contact and booking data is kept as long as it's reasonably needed — typically up to two years, longer if we end up working together and need it for our records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you. Email jar.solutions.corp@gmail.com.

New York residents have additional rights under the SHIELD Act; we comply with those obligations.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top.
